Operating System - Client PCs: Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7 operating system with 2GB memory, 1.5 GHz or faster processor. We supply client updates one-time installation (takes about 10 MB space). These updates are from Microsoft Corp. Program works on Macs if Parallels or Virtual Machine is installed along with Windows OS on Macs.
Server or shared folder: All files are kept on a shared or a network drive. Storage space required is 200 MB space with provision to expand. Files may be kept on any system (Windows or UNIX). All client PCs access the same files by a shortcut on the desktops. Program can also be installed on single computer – requirements are same.
Datasets – Dataset is defined as independent major discipline such as clinical data, cell biology data, molecular biology data etc. Field names defined may be different for each dataset. For example one field may be named as “Projects” in one dataset but can be named as “Freezing Media” in another dataset. This is like having 10 different programs in one so that you maintain all data in one program including search across datasets.
Validation:
The
program conforms to the 21CFR-Part11 guidelines. We strongly suggest that you
validate it for your purpose, if required. Once the system is purchased, we
will provide technical document on how to validate CryoTrackIMS for
21CFR-Part11 guidelines
